“From” means the price for the simplest case, VAT included. What your vehicle actually needs, we tell you before the work – not afterwards.

Maintenance to the manufacturer’s schedule with oil, filters and an inspection report. Entered in the digital service book – your warranty stays intact.

02 Pricing
Three rules so the invoice holds no surprises.
We make our money on good work, not on small print. So these rules apply to every job – no exceptions.

Estimate first
Before we pick up a spanner, you know what it costs. If anything comes up, we call – beforehand, not on the invoice.

Diagnostics are credited
Have us fix the fault we found and we take the full €59 diagnostics fee off the invoice.

Old parts are yours
On request we put the replaced parts in your boot. Every item is listed separately on the invoice, with its part number.
All prices incl. 19% VAT. The actual price depends on the vehicle, the parts required and its condition, and is set out in the estimate before work begins.
03 How it works
Three steps to a finished car.
There’s nothing to prepare. Vehicle, issue and preferred date are enough – we sort out the rest on the phone.

We get back to you within one working day by phone or e-mail, confirm the appointment and give you an idea of the work involved.

Hand in the keys, pick up the car – or let us do it: pick-up & drop-off service in the Hanau area, just tick the box on the form.
04 Workshop
One building, four lifts, seven people.
Markus Petroll opened the workshop in 2009 with one lift and a second-hand diagnostic tester. Today it employs three qualified mechanics, two apprentices and a service adviser who, when you call, tells you where your car is at rather than playing you hold music. We repair what is worth repairing – and tell you when it isn’t.
We work to manufacturer data and test with the same equipment the main dealer uses. The difference: here the master mechanic still works on the car himself, and the estimate comes from the person doing the job.
You’re welcome to watch. The workshop floor is in plain view, the coffee is on the counter, and there’s always someone around for questions.
